I was still trying to find the other tests and also do Parker's sidequest to go back to the medbay. I didn't know talking to Westridge will start the first mission. It didn't even give me an option to confirm it or say I still have things to do - you know, normal RPG things that have existed in the industry for decades.

Then I thought "alright, no big deal, I'll just reload an autosave" only to find that the game overwrote all of my autosaves from inside the facility so I have to start completely over again.
