Low FPS no matter what?
I have a laptop that can run this game no problem, but when I put it on my beefy desktop whenever I turn the camera it stutters. Not a micro stutter, but a strait up stutter. Not sure what to do!

It ended up being my wireless mouse. I plugged it in and works fine now.
