you'll either need to agree to complete the Quest, and side with Santa Maddalena, or wait until your able to breach with rockets

Honestly like the tough moral choice in this questline (and a couple others). Either kill the two guys for being gay (and stealing a few crops, I guess, but it's not like that did any actual harm to anyone, so obviously it's just an excuse), or refuse to do that and end up with less insulin to keep Alice alive.

Luckily for everyone involved, I've already got access to cheats so I can just recruit the two guys (great dudes btw, they've got pretty decent skills) and then just spawn multiple years worth of insulin out of thin air whenever I feel like it without having to worry about anything lmao
