Earplug mod?
Arma 3 has multiple simple standalone earplug mods, but are there any working ones for Arma 2? I'm playing with JSRS and certain sounds like bullet cracks are just way too loud.

all the mods that you say, were copied from the ArmA2 mod, but it's not standalone, it's part of the ACE mod, if you want to use the earplugs you have to use ACE, or just do what they did in A3, copy the ACE script , everything you need is in the ace_sys_goggles.pbo file, the scripts and the FSM are in that file.

Alright, that's kind of what I thought by googling. I'll try this. Thanks for your helpful answer.
