It is very rare to find a server that you are looking for, however what I can offer you is to come play on our Takistan Life server. As an independent, you can kill on sight any and all Blufor, and Opfor. And as a Blufor/Opfor you can kill independents, so it's kind of like a TDM, just got to watch out for the civilians.
