So there's been nothing from the dev in six weeks. Should we assume this is game is abandoned or what's going on?

This is not the game I bought, the devs are taking a whole new route on this, complete bait and switch, if this continues I'm giving it a negative review, and I think this is grounds for getting a refund and I'm going to urge other players to do the same!!...

As the title says. Anything happening with this game development wise? It's been a long time since the "new developers" came into the forums or posted anything.
