I found one post in here, but is anyone else seeing unreasonable stutter in this game? My PC can definitely handle this. I currently have it set to 1440p, window mode, and even turned down shadows, but the game still stutters almost all the time, inside or outside areas. It's annoying the game is capped at 60FPS, but to have stutter issues too is just frustrating. Anyone else have any solutions for this? The framerate doesn't drop often, the game just constantly stutters with or without VSYNC on or off....
