I've now lost about 50 health injections. Anytime there's an arena fight (combat in a closed room) and I use a health injection, it uses all the injections at once. I'm now suck on a boss fight where I need that second injection. I have 10, it goes to 0 after using 1. I read this was a bug in July, it's obviously returned in the most recent patch. Please fix it!
