Ok, this game was originally released in 2008. now it lands on Steam for full price (46€). That's the first thing, that isn't right. The main complaint, of course, is the language. Most people here don't speak japanese. Who is expected to buy this? ^^ If you are too lazy to translate a platformer and put it on Steam anyway with only japanese language, then i am more or less fine with that. But a game like this? Come on, that's just stupid......

Is localization eithe in the works or are there editable files among the game's resources so that translation can be attempted?

I heard that this is basically the same game but in Japanese. Since you the publisher published both versions (at least according to Steam) you should be able to do something like as a courtesy (since apparently there are fewer trains in the English version)...
