when ever i start then game i hear the sound but alls i get is a white screen

just saying...

The screen flashes like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy, i tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that does nothing. It blinks so rapidly, my eyes start to hurt, and i feel like im about to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ explode. Please help

I can hear only sounds, but no music. Double checked the options. Reinstalled the game. Still no music.
