Portable portal via Steam Deck

I was pleasantly surprised to find that TSWCE works beautifully on Steam Deck, at least in my quick tests. You'll probably want to set the scaling mode to 'integer' in the SteamOS performance panel thingy to keep the text crispy, and set the input to 'mouse only'.

Indeed, I just played through the latter two thirds of the game on the deck without any problems. Default graphics and input settings as well, no changes required.

Linux w/ Proton are generally better at running older games from Win 2000/XP/Vista games than Windows 11 and 10.

I tested this and Deus Ex 1 and seems its better at running on Linux than Windows.
