Game starts in Japanese
Because my regional setting on the machine is set to Japan (due to compatability with several other games I play) Final Dusk seems to start in Japanese language only.

Is there a handy command to fake the region or anything?

The first time you play the game it sets the language to your current system locale, but you can change it at any moment and next time you play, it will be in the language you set it to.
