Tactical Magnifier is going to ruin online multiplayer IMO. If it gives the player an advantage outside of the games intended limits then its a form of cheating. Harmful to the multiplayer community? I think so. There will always be cheaters but even steam seems to condone it now....

Saw the developer post about running it in admin mode and it still doesn't launch, and i'm still doing this without any game running, it just doesn't work. I am on windows 10 Pro 64-bit build 19041, i imagine it might be because i'm missing some dependencies or some redists i'll need to install. Does this app require a specific version of .NET Framework for it to run? stuff like that i'd like to know about....

There is an issue if you are using more than monitor. When you go to zoom in, the magnifier stretches out to both monitors if you are using 2. I haven't tried it with 3. The only other issue there might be is if you are playing a game on a 3 monitor setup where the game is displayed in proper resolution across 3 screens using the middle as the center. I'm not sure if it works with this software. But, if it does. And, you fix the issue I am have using a duel setup but displaying the game on one, it may caus...
