It will take you far longer to do co-op for sunlight medal than farming them from Falconers. Check this video

It's not for me. I have the fourth level of the bonfire in Brightstone Cove Tseldora. But thanks anyway

Drop rate increases the higher the bonfire intensity.

If nobody takes you up on your offer, you can seek out multiplayer activity yourself by checking the bonfire warp menu for any areas that have orange borders around them — this indicates that there are people in the area who are within multiplayer matchmaking range for you.

I should note that farming Sunlight Medal drops from Falconers is abysmally slow because the drop rate is terrible. You will more likely than not exhaust all of the Falconer spawns in Shaded Woods and Brightstone Cove Tseldora before finding more than a couple of medals.
