[Crash] Used Doorbreaker, game crashed to desktop

I selected door breaker and when it applied it, the game crashed right to the desktop. No error message or anything like that. I'll try to replicate it if I can, or report any other crashes.

Achievements not working

Can't get any achievements to unlock. I did a few that should be easy, like building a tower 10 blocks high and a couple others, and nothing unlocks. Anyone else having problems?
