Catastrophic Crash when playing Campaign mode

Hello, I have been experiencing a crash similar to other user.
It's been consistent despite multiple version.
I have verified the file each time and each time it find something corrupted or missing download something, despite a complete uninstall and a clean install (on another DD)
I used the word catastrophic because it's a 50/50 chance I need to do a hard reboot.
Time to crash can vary but will always happen

It looks like an ATI graphics driver error. They are notoriously flaky for openGL. Try updating or downgrading your drivers, there might be advice online about which one works with openGL. You could also try setting ATI compatibility in the ZK menu settings to check that this is the problem.

-First I want to thank you for taking the time to look at the log and respond.

Really ? Damn I tought a big contributor to OpenGL would have less problem with it.
Driver wise the crash has been consistent since at least the 12.9.XX version of the driver.
Ati/Intel compatibility have no effect on it either in : On / Off / Automatic.
Currently fiddling with AMD setting from the AMD software itself to see if something change.
