There's probably not any support for this on the deck, but if there IS, you could go look up whatever Ubisoft support says about old games on the Steam Deck? Definitely do not try the high seas repack route though, that would be unethical.

Out of box, it is not. The ubi launcher for this game looks old and does not connect.

Replace its installer file with a new one and try restarting the entire first boot process.

Works fine on mine. Try to do the "First" run in desktop mode. I could get the Launcher running like this.

I think steam deck can run it or support it no problem because my lenovo legion go works for me without any issue at all except for needing to have a ubisoft/uplay launcher.

so are you suggesting we buy the game... that is not purchasable in the first place for the rest of us who didnt get the chance to own it on steam?
