Its not a shady key

You have a game in your library.
You can't sell it.
And between choosing a key or a gift, for the same (or roughly same) price, go for the gift, because you know if it exists or not, and it won't get revoked anytime soon.

You're trying to sell a key you already used, and so can't sell, for an amount that is basically the same as a gift...
The key might not be shady, but...

At that price point one is better off buying a good used PS3 and getting an actual Physical lol. Much much cheaper for the whole thing.
