Common Issues/Fixes
Made a post on the official forums with some of the most common issues that I (with help of others) found fixes for that help in most cases.

Please check out the post before posting your issue here, so you can save me (and other helpful community members) a lot of trouble.

Edit: For people without a blankmediagames.com forum account, the following will help with account creation that won't go through:

- Just bought the Steam version, can't create an account.

Close the game, make an account on the official forums, then link that account to the Steam version

- I am not receiving my password reset/activation e-mail.

Make sure to whitelist the e-mailaddress "noreply@townofsalem.io" in the settings menu of your e-mailprovider.

ARE THEIR ANY NAMES AVAILABLE??????
ive tried for fourty minutes to input a username or a variation of a username and all variations of it are in the game. first off how and why are there so many people trying to use names like "88DreiDizzy88" or "DreiDrizzly" like all things ive enetered are already taken ive put in so many random combinationfs of starts and finsihes to my steam user and they are all taken. is there a bot system that prevents you from starting the game due to every one of the usernames you want being taken right as sson as you type it or what?

Help... the game isn't opening
So... I just bought the Coven Expansion and installed it, but when I try to load it I click on "Play" and nothing happens. Help please. :(

PS.: I also have another question, how do you sync your browser game with your Steam Account?

As for your second question: When you click the green "log in with Steam" button, a window pops up asking you if you want to link an account.

Good evening!

I started to experience game crashes. Sometimes in the middle of the match, sometimes right at the beginning. Because of this, I lose coins and most probably look like a quitter.

At first it started with 1 crash a day, but now every match crashes at some point after the death of my character.

Timer reaching 0 freeze
I keep trying to play games with my friend and whenever the timer reaches 0 at night time I get stuck on the night screen and nothing happens. This has happened to me almost every game ive played with them.

That's a rare one I've only seen once or twice. If it's happening to you and your friend all the time then first try playing without them to see if the problem is on your end. Have them play solo too and get their input. Report back and we can further troubleshoot from there.

I played 1 game by myself and on the 2nd night it froze on 0. My friend never got the problem so I didnt have him play a game by himself.

Play several games by yourself. 1 is too small of a sample size. If it doesn't happen to you, try playing some with your friend again.

been getting this as well and got no idea on how to fix it

EDIT: updated Adobe AIR and still getting freezes

can you guys fix the problem of the game crashing every other round its really really annoying been several times it crashed right before what would have been a garenteed win.
