Backstory: Was in one of the early squad after the attack, his squad was there to clear out the toxic with CDA operator, but got assaulted by jackal merc and lead to most his teammate and the CDA operator death even tho they have won the fight , but he is left incapacitated with a broken left leg cause from one of the explosion near the end of the fight. After the battle he was force to retire because he losted his left leg making him unable to move again. But 1 month later, he was able to walk again due to he has replace an artificial one. And soon after that begin to try and force himself back into combat and now working with the CDA.

Reason: Due to losing one of his leg, he now prefer long range AR due to he can't easily close the gap between his teammate and the enemy.

Ability
Main Ability: EMP Grenade.
Capacity: 2 Recharge:12s.
An impact grenade, when throw will disable all deployable in the effected area and will destroy the deployable if it was already been disabled, if it a explosive deployable it will be destroy without detonating. If the grenade hit an enemy directly when they are using their ability, they will be disable for a short 3s(include defibulator), and deployable ability will have it first deployable disable with the same duration. But the second and third one will not be disable.

Example: When throw at a kira using her laser and when it hit she is unable to call or redirect her laser anymore till the duration end.
Example2: The first proxy mine will be disable for 3 second when throw down but the second one isn't.

Merc that immune to the direct EMP hit:

Phoenix Healing Pulse
Skyhammer Air Strike
Javelin Standard Mode Rocket
Rhino Minigun
Stoker Fragger Nader Thunder Throwable.
Merc that doesn't appear on the list will be disable.

Passive ability: Steal.
Hold capacity: 1
Time to steal: 3s Start up before use: 7s
Able to take an enemy deployable move it and redeployed to use it for a 10s short before it self destruct. Enemy can try and reclaim the deployable.
Deployable that doesn't self destruct after 10s.
Ammo Station

Second Ability: Detonate
Detonate the current deployable and deal damage to the enemy, if the deployable was an explosive it deal the same damage as the original but delay for 1s. Player nearby can hear a click before it explode.

Quite an elaborate idea you have. It would be nice and comedic to see a whole team full of "Tinkers" just stealing deployables. Maybe someday Splash Damage will incorporate some kind of mercanary with the same description you have!~
