I get empty speech bubbles for all dialog, anyone know how to fix?

Sorry about that. Could you please check the game folder and confirm that the below .dll files are in there:

RGSS102E.dll
RGSS104J.dll

Yeah, they're both in the folder.
I figured out how to fix it.
Edit Game.ini so it has:

Library=RGSS102E.dll
