Fixed problems with 2nd floor

Fixed the staircase so that store managers and customers can now properly reach the second floor.
Added a dedicated manager’s room on the second floor.
Fixed a bug with decoration placement.
Improved shelf purchasing logic: money is now deducted only after placing a shelf, rather than upon selection.
Fixed the decoration evaluation system.
Updated the statistics page.
Updated the taxes page.
Fixed a bug that caused issues when placing decorations.
Added a green base to decorations during placement (so placement boundaries are visible).
Rebalanced the cost of goods in the electronics store and adjusted electronics materials (increased the number of items from 5 to 6, reduced cost).
Fixed a bug where shelves, decorations, workers, and boxes sometimes failed to load.
Added explanatory tooltips in the Taxes widget (how taxes are calculated) and StoreInfo widget (how store level and rating are formed).
Redesigned the decoration placement system.
Fixed a bug causing incorrect product variety assessments.
Fixed a bug that caused store data to be saved incorrectly.
Fixed a bug that prevented the store rating from displaying.
Fixed a bug that caused cashiers to disappear.
