The SERAPH: In the darkness Playtest is officially live! We are thrilled to introduce the exciting content of the first game version.


- Explore a world rich with medieval fantasy, uncovering hidden secrets.
- Main Storyline Chapters: The version includes 10 chapters of main quests, guiding players through the story's background.
- Each chapter contains multiple thematic regions with distinct styles for you to explore.

- Choose from Barbarian, Sorceress, Valkyrie, or Necromancer classes, each with unique skills and growth paths.
- Character max level is 99.

- After completing the main storyline, three core modes will unlock: Void Realm, Mystery of Chaos, and Trial of Seraph, all available for solo or team adventures.
- Void Realm features randomized maps with **T1~T18** difficulty levels.

- A diverse progression system, including character leveling, gear enhancement, and skill upgrades.
- The trading post feature allows players to freely trade items.


During the Pioneer Test, valuable items will be distributed daily to all participating players, ensuring an exciting and satisfying experience.

- Login Rewards: Log in daily to claim rewards via in-game mail!
- Leveling Competition: Players ranked high in the Chaos Sanctum ladder will receive Steam Gift Cards.
- Adventure Journey: Complete specific in-game growth tasks to earn corresponding rewards.
- Additional rewards include Adventure Packs, Starter Packs, Phoenix Potions, Talisman Keys, Void Realm Maps, Soul Spars, and Costume Boxes.


This Test is limited, data-wiped, and free to play. The four regional servers for this test do not share or carry over data with other versions.

Answer:
No, the Playtest servers are exclusive to STEAM and do not share or inherit data with any other servers.

3. How do I select a server for the STEAM Playtest?
Answer:
This Playtest offers four regions: Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. Choose based on your connection speed to the servers for an optimal experience.

4. How can I gain access to the STEAM Playtest?
Answer:
Request Playtest access via the SERAPH Playtest store page on STEAM. Once qualified, log in directly with your STEAM account — no activation code required.

5. What are the dates for the STEAM Playtest?
Answer:
The start and end dates of the Playtest will be announced in the official community announcements.

6. Can I share Playtest content on social media (e.g., livestream, record, or screenshot)?
Answer:
Yes, as long as you comply with laws, regulations, and platform rules. Content sharing, discussions, and dissemination are encouraged. However, we reserve the right to pursue legal action for unauthorized actions like data unpacking, theft, or deliberate defamation. Thank you for your understanding and support.

7. What events are available during the STEAM Playtest?

8. What should I do if NPCs or quest monsters disappear, making it impossible to complete a quest?
Answer:
Click your avatar, exit the room, and re-enter the map to refresh it (this works for solo games as well).

9. What should I do if my pet cannot be summoned?
Answer:
Pets have a usage time limit. Check the usage time on the pet function page. Pet time extension items are provided in this Playtest and can be used from your inventory.

10. How do I contact the developers during the Playtest?
Answer:
This Playtest is essential for preparing the official release version. Participants can provide feedback and suggestions about their gaming experience, particularly reporting major bugs. Use the STEAM platform (via email or forums) to contact us. Special contributions may receive unique rewards.

11. What should I do if specific files are flagged or deleted during the download, or if the game fails to launch after downloading?
