Thanks to every one who "flagged" the game in steam store, reached out to steam and ubi support and put on some pressure so our beloved games are working again. When I have started the game I get "!!!Game.Startup.AwaitingFirstOsiConnection!!!". Ubisoft Connect is installed and run as admin. Same with steam. Compatibility is enabled. I push play and nothing happens, then the play button resets and i can push it again. I tried launching through UBI, a "launching game" window pops up, but closes itself out.

I own the game on Ubisoft app thingy for a few years, but could not connect with friend for coop, so I gave up. Does coop work on Steam?

I do not want to waste your time, so here's what helped me to run the game: 1. Go to the game install folder (Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction - src - system and delete a file called systemdetection.dll 2.
