can you add the ability to benfite from other countries tech and unites if taken over or vassalized ? i tried playing with weaker countries such as mena region and other african nations , they can't do any thing against eu countries , to take out one max french or british army i have to go with at least 3 to take out one army.

if you can add something like this , this will give them a chance to fight.

good patch i actually had most of those problems so i like the patch. Can we add more technology and more specific technologies for different countries. If you can add some info that pops up about infamy when you hover over it or ways to lower it faster would be great.
I've had a lot of fun with this game so far, keep it up
