fun game, but i have a few suggestions

1: more unique content for countries. maybe more decisions like the tanzimat reforms for the ottomans or the western expansion of the us. also focus tree like stuff would be cool

2: civil wars and stability. it would make the game more difficult and deep if you had to manage stability. it would be decreased by losing wars and different ethnicities being in your empire, and if it got too low, the people would revolt and minorities would declare independence

3: more diplomatic options. stuff like ultimatums, buying land, and supporting nations during war monetarily would be nice

4: more provinces. there are not enough provinces
