well when this game first came out in 2003 when i was 9, i didnt have too much trouble playing it through

It's rated M so i wouldn't recommend it. And just look at that nudity tag. 18+ no exceptions.

Not working well my daughter 4 years could only play with my help. My older daughter had no problems.

Id say youd need to be at least 7 or 8, i got it when i was 6 and was stuck for a pretty long time
