Not available in my region anymore?
So it has been a long time since I've played HMM, and since i recently got an X-Box controller, I wanted to play again. When I click to go to the store page, it does not show up, instead a message saying: "This item is currently unavailable in your region" is there.

Luckily, I still have it installed and I can access it, but are there no more NA servers? Will my ping be affected?

Unfortunately, NA server was closed due to low numer of players using it.

So, now there are EU and SA servers. I think you will have increased ping, because that's the main reason why HMM is not available in some regions.

Feel free to try it though, if you still have the game installed! You will be able to see your ping in main menu.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us. Since the last post from T-Bone, the NA Server is actually back online and growing steadily. Regarding our Servers in Asia, unfortunately, we had to shut them down.

If you'd like to download the game and play nevertheless I could only suggest for you to try a VPN service, however, the user experience - due to high ping - might not be very good.
We hope to be able to offer Servers in Asia again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We currently only offer Servers in North & South America, as well as in Europe. Whenever we plan to open Servers in other regions we will inform on our official media channels.
