Hello! Does this game still work on windows 10?

I've been trying for days, like 2 hours every day. I've tried all difficulties, with both characters, but it's impossible. Most I could get was a bit over 600k. I always end up dying at either 9 minutes, 13 minutes, or after the game begins spawning only blue enemies. It's just impossible to achieve it, in difficulties above easy unless the game drops exactly what you need, you'll always just die because you get swarmed and run out of ammo on the plasma gun or hp/armor, and enemies won't drop anything use...
