Choices Don't Carry over to next Episode

Like the title says every time I end an episode and start the new episode the game gives me random choices just like if I played episode 2 without playing the first 1. I reinstalled it and used the rewind at the end of ep2, trusted jack and then in episode 3 it says I trusted Fiona is there a fix for it?

I think those 2 are telling slightly different stories; its like the other is lying in some parts and the truth is obscured by hyperbole/half-truths.

Sadly this is not it, I played some of the episode 3 and yet still they say I went with Fiona no matter what the game always gives me the "you trusted the pandorian Hustler" which I find odd because even on a new file where I start at ep3 it always goes with Fiona unlike some YT Videos where they do the same and get jack .....
