Fruit Stand Fortune is a short and clever mix of idler, slots, pachinko, and tycoon games.

You are a cat with a fruit stand. The way you get goods to sell is by spinning the slot wheels at the top of the screen.

Each wheel has three slots which can display either fruit or an X. If a slot lands on fruit, you get that fruit. If it lands on the X, you get nothing. If all three slots land on fruit, you get a jackpot of fruit.

The fruit then bounces down through a few layers of pachinko pegs with clouds at the bottom. If the fruit makes it past the clouds, you gain it.

Your stand has several different types of customers. At first, you get just bears who buy any random fruit you have unlocked. Then you get a fox who buys two of a random fruit. There's a pig that buys three of any combo of fruit. You'll also get fans who'll buy up a bunch of their favorite fruit.

You also get some help. Grandma stops by and sweetly gives you $10 on each visit. Useful at first, then just a drop in the bucket. A generous horse gives you two of each unlocked fruit, and a wizard bear triggers jackpots on all available slots.

Then you get some enemies. A burglar bear will steal from your cash, and an evil wizard bear will reverse gravity for a while.

The money you earn is, of course, plowed back into your stand. You buy to unlock new fruit and new slot wheels. Upgrades for each slot wheel increases the chances to land on fruit, the speed of the wheel, and auto clicks.

Other upgrades include a way to boot out customers who are holding up the line because you don't have enough fruit for them yet or the bad customers. And there's an auto-boot upgrade.

This game is short, cute, and clearly a solid effort from a new dev. Slightly surprising that it's completely free, with no microtransactions. Not even a mere $1 or $5 price tag.
