As the title says; when i load the game my head is touching/in the ceiling. I've tried re-centering and adjusting my height but it hasn't worked. Help?

Hello, I just finished the game and it was a lot of fun! There are a couple things that I feel confused about though, first is how to unlock the fridge. I did not see any clues as to what the word might be. I ended up just scrolling through the wheels on the briefcase until it opened (I also found a bug where I can just stick my head in the fridge with it locked). 1) Starts me with eyes at knee level. Moving moves eyes to chest level... not a show stopper. Unclear how to recenter view. 2) Hands often stop tracking. Wands are still tracking, confirmed with SteamVR video passthrough. Following the hint from 4.5 yields nothing. There is nothing on the shelf above the ceiling. . From other discussions this would be the keycard?

There is no way to access the menu in game because pressing the button that it shows on the board in the first room brings up the desktop view outside the game.
