My game crashes on the first stage

My game crashes on the first stage and Sonic is always with closed eyes on a strange T-pose. First i thought my PC wasn't good enough to play this game (even if i met the minimum requirements) now i upgraded my PC and i'm still having issues!! I searched and traied everything i could!! And SEGA doesn't respond any request.

My specs are:

CPU: Athlon 3000G
GPU: RX560
RAM: 8GB

You have a monitor of over 60Hz, don't you?

Try installing DXVK:

- Google and download the latest version of DXVK;
- Go to DXVK folder -> x64 -> copy d3d9.dll and dxgi.dll;
- Paste these files in the main folder of Sonic Lost Word.

Now the game is running on Vulkan API.

Already solved it, my old setup was an AMD A6 7400K with Radeon 5 graphics and while it could run the game, seems like that line of processors had many issues on games. When i upgraded my PC some drivers kept installed and that was the cause of the crashes. I had to reinstall Windows to make the game work. Not even installing DgVoodo worked for me but i can finally play this game. Buyed it years ago and never had the chance to play it.
