There were attempts, but the modding scene for the game kinda died before any of the attempts came into reality.

The content from both of those dlc levels are in the pc version in some form, but we'd have to make a mod to make it available, since Sega legally can't do it

Were you supposed to be able to throw the eggs in the Yoshi's Island Zone or is it that you get a bonus if you manage to carry the eggs to the goal without getting hit and losing them?
