Black Screen impossible playing game
Hello everyone. How would I like this game to be playable on my machine? I don't understand why it isn't? My machine runs much more current and heavy games? Games like Division 2, Resident Evil, For Honor, etc? Am I really sad about this? Why was I so excited to play and enjoy the game? Even if the game is from 2013 to 2015, updates from the developers etc. Is it unacceptable for the game not to run in 2025? Especially since version 3 of the game is about to be released? In my case, what happens is:

1) It doesn't show a map in the Breakdown version,
2) It doesn't let you collect items in the Breakdown version,
3) You can't even see your life or stamina bar in the Breakdown version?
4) In the base story and the other DLC, it doesn't enter? It just goes all dark and black and the screen stays that way? I feel like the doll is there, and everything in the game is fine? but the screen goes black?

Hello again.
As I said, my game does not leave the black screen. Sometimes it looks like it will come out, when I get squeezed to change resolutions, it looks like it flashes other items on the screen, but it doesn't get out of it. After so much to tackle and seek answers from the forums, since here at Steam, as well as Nexus Mods, and videos also on YouTube, I ended up trying to increase the resolution of the game. And I was able to play the Breakdown DLC mode once. Because then I couldn't do it anymore.

The fact is that my monitor that is only HD, from Dell which has a resolution of 1366x768. Sometimes in climbing resolution I can increase its resolution slightly, with the GPU RTX 3050. Despite everything, including the GPU, has no option to configure the state of decay yose? Doesn't it simply appear there in the GPU panels to configure?

I was able to find the state of Decay Yose inside Nvidia's old panel and not on the NVIDIA app. And even there the settings do not seem to answer?

Does anyone have any solution to help me on the monitor? Which resolution most suitable?

I will uninstall this state yose now because they have many mods to try to correct these flaws. And see if trying to change the resolutions with you something.

My PC Specification - Ryzen 5600g
GPU RTX 3050
16 RAM
1 tb ssd

If I find the solution I will not only disclose here. But I also want to make a video on self -explanatory YouTube to help fans of this wonderful franchise.

From what I can find your video card DOES NOT support DX 11. Or you do not have DX 11 drivers installed. (DirectX)

Hello. For those who were passing problems with black screen, problems that do not appear the map, much less can collect equipment or simply the zombies do nothing, are still.

Sewing the internet a lot I found out. This is the solution.

How to start black screen, or go all bugged without a map, without collecting in DLC Breakdown, just "press the Windows key on the keyboard", which the game returns to normal. The zombies have and run after you, the screen returns to normal, after the total dark. Simple as that.

Thank you very much, who solved it back. By the way. Now I need to change my "analysis of the game, because I negative for the bug that was impossible to play." But now that I'm playing, the game is basically a mixture of "The Walking Dead and Grand Theft Auto V with characters and the story of each character. Even losing one of the characters changes the story. The game despite 2015, is wonderful, is beautiful and stupendous!"
