I have my game files on a D drive and they are under Steam\steamapps\common

D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\State of Decay YOSE\Game

I would copy my boldface label search my comp for that string.

You make it yourself. Some mods include it. It goes in the Game folder

Steam\steamapps\common\State of Decay YOSE\Game/libs

but, as i said there is no "libs" folder. And i have to do the other way this dude said, i just havent gotten the chance to do so.
