Arc Defender and PIN?
it's already been 1-2 hours after installation/downloading the game and tried to re-login suddenly arc defender ask for a PIN and there's no e-mail? wtf.

how does that link help when you have to login (which requires a pin) to even e-mail support? Post a direct e-mail address.

Same problem. I need a pin. I requestet yesterday a Pin and i got no mail (i waited over 1 Hour). So i turned my Pc off and go to sleep. Next day i checked my Emails and i got the Pin..... but the Pin was useless because i got it too late....:steamsalty:

the ♥♥♥♥ is since they sold STO over to a third party... Loginservers and ingame servers are so weak now... nothing works. And cant reach support because have to login to get a Ticket going. Wich need a Ard Defender Pin wich never reach me. So ya can kill a game too. not gonna spend another penny on that game again. Have to say even consider doing a collectiv sue. because thats cant be real practice.
