I made a big mistake. I just redownloaded and the game booted up in windowed mode so the first thing I did was restart in fullscreen. The problem arose when I tried to choose the correct resolution. Now when I start the game I get the message that shows all of the new additions in the latest update but due to the resolution, I can't close the menu to access the settings and to change the resolution. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but it still boots up in fullscreen with the same resolution. I would greatly appreciate any help.
