Getting Crash message frequently.
While playing, the game is crashing quite frequently. The message is:

"CaesarIA has crashed.
A stacktrace has been written to:
C:\Program Files
(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\CaesarIA\stdout.txt"

Why is it happening? What should I do?

I guess it's because you disabled the autosave, I have undone that and looks like its working.
