You could use SAM for it. I'm thinking about doing it myself but have other games to 100% first. This game is currently 17th in my list so it'll be a while before I do it.

What is SAM?

Steam Achievement Manager. It unlocks achievements without having to actually do them.

I have never used it but know of others that have. Personally, using it for every achievement just to get 100% is a lil ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ way of doing it but for achievements tied behind paywalls or that are bugged... I think it's fine.

It's not. If it was, Steam would not allow discussions on it nor would there be Steam moderators that have sanctioned it.
