Glitch . Can't Exit Piano (spoiler)

Puzzle Spoiler

The first time you look at piano after Red Dragon window is lit it will not let me exit . The door Icon is greyed out .

I have to cnt-Alt-del to exit.

Hopefully I do not need to hear the comment to progress .

this is a known issue and currently under investigation. To get past that point, you can use a savegame from our website as a workaround for now:

Thx . I was able to do the Puzzle anyway since you do not have to hear comment to get piano sheet .

I think I encountered the same glitch you did. You're probably past this part now, but for anyone else who encounters the glitch: I found that if I selected telekenesis and then tried to use it to interact with the keys, then switched back to the normal cursor, I was able to exit at that point.

I can confirm this. I got stuck several times like this, and telekemeis (K) would allow me to get out of the glitch. (I think that's what Anna calls telekinesis :D)

Thank you!!! I just hit this glitch today and you saved me LOADS of time from having to reload. That's seriously a pro-tip and it's much appreciated!

Thanks! I got that bug too, and the workaround really helps.
