Why is this showing up is it a false?

Hiya, I am getting the same error when i try to run the game, its similar to when you are missing the EXE file, but its not that, i did a verify and it said 2 files were missing, so now its stuck on updated needed and i have told it to update enough times already. Anyone gotten this problem?...
