Last Little Steps to Victory Find a secret hidden in a classic level Is it live?

Despite sprinting the entire way and trying nearly every possible route I haven't been able to beat the dev time of 11.6 seconds. I've come close (12.3) but I can't think of any way to go faster. Any tips or advice regarding the specific level or even general tips would be appreciated. P.S. If you have a time better than the dev time feel free to share it! Hey! I can understand how this can be different for everyone, but still, I'd appriciate some tips about which are the easier ones because i can't even get close to their time. Cheers!
