You can hold an unlimited number of Golden Rolls in your inventory. However, the dashboard's query for your inventory returns an odd result.
Your first and only Golden Roll drop was on February 20. It was your 12th item grant when it should've been the 7th.
Being the Golden Roll a weekly reward, as a security measure, it activates a 7-day cooldown. At the moment, you cannot receive another one.
Did you reset your game progress, by any chance? That's the only thing I could think of that could mess with your offline tasks' progress while still triggering the drop cooldown.

No, I just leave the game running. I did re-launch my game a few days after I should have gotten my first Golden Roll, so maybe that is related? I essentially got my Golden Roll late
