Apparently i can't login due to this error and had to repick my country and birthday every single time! im not from japan nor having the JP version installed!

FFS they surely ♥♥♥♥ this up didn't they ? :steamfacepalm:

try creating your account in android/iOS first then transfer the data

Are you A) A minor? Or B) Did you ACTUALLY type it in correctly? You have to do it year first then month. So like for someone born in May 1997 it's: 199705

I think it's a bug, it was happening to me at the start, then it went away, and now after playing for 2 days it's showing error 390 again.

If you are not from Belgian or Netherlands try to change DNS servers to Google's:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
Worked for me

You don't know how to follow directions. Look at their example and you will feel like a moron like I did lol

Got the same error code. Turns out i made my steam on offline mode. I turned back online mode and it works.
Am dumb.

the solution can be as simple as opening the menu in the title screen and pressing the "download all data" button, it downloads all game data, many times it downloads a small few mb update and it will work perfectly
