I'm hoping we will find out in 2.21 when the map releases.

For now, it just helps confirm the "RubRub is the bad guy" theory that Aerma made those years ago. It's worth a watch if you haven't seen it.

Fun theory, but how does RobTop have the ability to rate levels and make updates if he is trapped as the wraith?
We know that ratings and updates are canon events due to Glubfub.

I would say the wraith is more of a vessel used by RobTop, or something.


Or, to go with existing theories, maybe the wraith is using "RobTop is nice" to try to please RobTop so he isn't punished. This would fit with the "RubRub is the bad guy" theory.

I don't think it really has much of a backstory like the other vaults in the game. Whether it gets a backstory in the future is possible but I wouldn't be surprised if nothing comes out of it.
