So I just spent about 5 hours trying to fix my game, because steam was saying it was running at 360 hz, but it was actually running at about 60 or lower. I tried numerous fixes, and none of them worked.

What finally did work was going into my graphics card settings, and changing my monitors native refresh rate to 200hz. If you are struggling to figure out why gd is lagging super hard for you, and you cant find answer like i couldnt. I was able to fix it by changing my refresh rate to 200hz.
