I need help.

Thank you for any help you can give me. I just installed the game. I noticed some things I thought were strange whilst it was installing. I let the game install however and ignored the situations. One was the game wanted to change ny refresh rate from where it was 59Hz to 60Hz..no worries my monitor could handle both so I said yes you can. Then I noticed the small miniature screen interface that showed up upon install. I clicked on "Native Resolution" in the games options.This brought the screen size to cover my monitors's desktop (normal) .Well this sent my computer into a huge crash. I lost all function of my Logitech Mouse's Right Botton functionality. On my Desktop when I clicked on my program shortcuts on my Windows Desktop the mouse instead went into (as if I was right-clicking on all my programs) and then forcing me to click on "open" tab in order to open any programs on my desktop. So I had to completely uninstall the mouse and it's drivers completely to get my functionality back to normal. I had to completely uninstall and re-install my mouse. Now, I have the game's shortcut on my desktop (ready to play) I am afraid to launch the game as it may corrupt my mouse function again. Please tell me what I can do to fix this?
