In addition I would recommend the following changes to the party.
Human cavalier swap to unkitted paladin or Undead hunter. They are more versatile and suitable for this particular game.
Fighter/druid swap to Shapeshifter. The druids are awesome in this game and since they level fast you get a lot of potent spells pretty early in the game. Werewolf form is decent for melee.
Elf fighter/thief is ok as is.
Bard is fun and allows for some rp and extra content. I would recommend going for a Skald, since the song is awesome.
Mage type. I would go for Sorcerer since spell-scrolls are hard to come by in this game, especially the good ones. A very powerful alternative is a fighter/mage dual-class. If so dual at 9 to get 5 points in a weapon of your choice. A fighter/mage is awesome as a tank as soon as you get stoneskin + prot. from normal weapons/prot. from normal missiles.
