how do you get the true ending? cause i left off with being able either kill one of the girls or myself. but that doesn't feel like the true ending

I'm in my second playthrough (I HATE when games do this) and no matter what happens I always get the ending where Cecilla kills Oriana Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?
